About the role

  • Work closely with multiple teams to understand priorities, risks, and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional projects
  • Create, edit, and publish communications content
  • Lead staffing management/reconciliation
  • Communicate status, risks, issues, and data to stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Prepare presentations and content for specific teams or company-wide distribution
  • Assign tasks and conduct follow-up as needed, independently

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in project and program management
  • A self-starter who can operate independently, demonstrate work product, and think critically
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal – must be fluent in English)
  • Experience and comfort working with and presenting to executives
  • Financial acumen, including basics of COGS, budgeting, Opex, etc.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to continually improve processes
  • Experience with datasets, including web-based databases (like Airtable, Quickbase, etc.); automation is a plus
