Define the vision, projections, roadmap, and overall eCommerce D2C strategy
Oversee the paid media & performance channels (paid search, media placements, paid social, SEO, CRM, UX/UI, Merchandising, Conversion rate optimization…)
Build and oversee the eCommerce roadmap, from a business and technological point of view
Work closely with the Content, Experience, Service & Technology teams to deliver new website features and improvements
Manage and work closely with external partners (agencies, technology providers)
Manage a fast-paced growing team
Define and prioritize KPIs to manage eCommerce operations
Track performance on an ongoing basis, report to internal stakeholders and build actions plans to improve performance and ROI
Share eCommerce best practices and act as a thought leader to all internal stakeholders
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field
Deep understanding of Martech, traffic acquisition, CRO and eCommerce best practices
Proven track record of 7+ years of eCommerce experience.
Proven track record of leveraging automation within user acquisition strategy
Strong understanding of performance modeling and analytics
Experience in electric vehicles, solar or energy management industries considered an asset
Bilingual English and French written and spoken.
