About the role

  • Acquire large enterprise clients for print and document solutions and DMS/ECM products
  • Manage and support newly acquired and existing customers
  • Develop efficient, solution-oriented concepts together with key accounts
  • Serve as a single point of contact throughout and beyond implementation
  • Prepare proposals and lead contract negotiations
  • Manage and coordinate sales processes and customer projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification in a business-related field
  • Experience in key account management and in selling complex products or services
  • Experience with printing and multifunction systems or in the office communications environment is desirable
  • Strong persuasive skills and a high level of customer orientation
  • Team player with strong negotiation skills
  • A valid Class B driving licence is required
