Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with HCPs, HCOs, and key stakeholders across the treatment pathway (e.g., nurses, pharmacists, payers, policy makers).
Communicate the value of Ascendis Pharma, TransCon technology, and products to defined target groups.
Drive regional and hospital market access efforts, including securing approvals and formulary inclusion
Develop and execute strategic account plans based on regional and local insights.
Lead initiatives to improve patient care, including organizing events and roundtables.
Collaborate effectively with MSLs and cross-functional teams (Market Access, Medical, Marketing, etc.).
Monitor performance, report insights, and contribute to strategy development.
Ensure all activities comply with Spanish promotional regulations and company values.
Requirements
University degree in scientific or business/commercial field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical sector in sales, marketing, and/or market access roles, preferably with significant experience in rare disease and/or endocrinology and/or oncology
Direct regional market access experience and existing contacts considered a major advantage
Excellent knowledge of key regional and hospital groups, decision-makers, and stakeholders, their networks and decision-making processes, and current relevant policies; existing relationships with endocrinologists a plus
