As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia.
Create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours.
Negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Conduct monthly, weekly and post mortem business reviews to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive account growth.
Develop and execute promotional plans in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and platform partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure cohesive account management.
Requirements
Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
Project management experience
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
