About the role

  • Head of Strategic Partnerships at Ampliphi managing the end-to-end execution of ecosystem partnerships. Focused on building integrations and marketplace presence with Property Management Software providers.

Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and sign new ecosystem partners
  • Own partner onboarding from contract through go-live
  • Lead integration delivery, including scoping, coordination with Product and Engineering, certification, and launch
  • Build partner activation and GTM plans ahead of go-live, including sales enablement and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships and post-launch performance
  • Run partner governance and cadence (MBRs, QBRs, ABRs)
  • Hold partners accountable for commercial objectives (pipeline, revenue, adoption)
  • Manage partner and customer escalations related to integrations
  • Assist in building the partner CRM and continuously help refine the partner operations (internally and externally)

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in ecosystem, technology, or platform partnerships
  • Experience in the hospitality space – specifically working with PMS companies
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and API-based integrations
  • Experience leading partner GTM programs (co-selling, co-marketing, referrals)
  • Experience running structured partner reviews
  • Experience managing integration and referral partnerships
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Ability to own partner relationships end-to-end and drive commercial outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, resourcefulness, and creative deal structuring
  • Collaborative, transparent, and customer-obsessed: driven to exceed mutual goals
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
