About the role

  • Key Account Manager at CMC GmbH overseeing key accounts in the e-commerce sector. Managing projects from conception to execution to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding into products, processes and the team.
  • Taking over the largest key account, including project coordination and documentation.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Increasing the margin achieved from work with key accounts by 20%.
  • Developing and/or taking on three additional key accounts.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Business Communications.
  • Several years of experience as a Key Account Manager in B2B marketing, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
  • Business‑fluent German and English.
  • Leadership for a (virtual) team without direct line‑management responsibility.
  • Acting as an information manager between the key account and our company.
  • Excellent knowledge of negotiation, presentation, and sales techniques.
