Responsibilities
Processing orders from our B2B customers such as property managers, hotels, insurance companies, care facilities and restaurants
Coordinating between customers, their end customers (e.g., tenants) and our service providers to ensure smooth operations
Creating and managing invoices and preparing documents for our external accounting
Maintaining customer data in our CRM (HubSpot) and internal tools
Handling customer inquiries and assisting with the resolution of outstanding items
Contributing to the development of new processes and structures in the B2B area
General administrative tasks to support the B2B team
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Some professional experience in an administrative/commercial role, ideally in a B2B environment
Proficient with Office programs (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage
Reliable, structured working style with a high level of care and accuracy
Affinity for numbers and experience handling invoices and orders
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Self-motivation and willingness to contribute in a dynamic environment
Fluent in German, both spoken and written
