About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic plan
- Establish infrastructure policies, standards and architecture (networks, servers, cloud, backup, DR, workplace)
- Ensure compliance with information security requirements, audits and LGPD (data protection)
- Manage capacity, technology obsolescence and asset renewal cycles
- Ensure high availability of critical environments (ERP, corporate systems, integrations, VDI, etc.)
- Manage datacenters, cloud environments and corporate networks
- Define and monitor SLAs, OLAs and performance indicators (uptime, MTTR, capacity, etc.)
- Lead business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) plans
- Drive cloud adoption and optimization strategies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Implement FinOps practices for cloud cost control and efficiency
- Promote infrastructure automation (IaC, scripts, pipelines)
- Evaluate new technologies and architectures (containerization, virtualization, edge, etc.)
- Work closely with Information Security to protect environments and harden infrastructure
- Ensure privileged access management, patching, vulnerability management and backups
- Mitigate operational and technological risks
- Manage cloud, telecom, datacenter, hardware and managed services providers
- Negotiate contracts, control service levels and optimize costs
- Monitor deliveries and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Lead infrastructure, network, cloud and workplace teams
- Set goals, develop technical and behavioral competencies
- Promote a culture of high performance, automation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in IT Management, Cloud, Security or related areas (preferred)
- Solid experience managing IT infrastructure in complex corporate environments
- Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud)
- Experience with critical ERPs and high-availability corporate systems
- Proven track record in vendor and contract management
