About the role
- Custodial Manager overseeing custodial operations at Aramark in Warsaw, IN. Responsible for planning and directing custodial activities, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates and directs all custodial activities, including Aramark and client financial accountability
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments
- Leads all aspects of custodial operations while maintaining established quality standards
- Develop and be accountable for a safety culture
- Analyze financial reports for facility operations
- Foster a positive relationship between Aramark and the client
- Ensure administration of HR Policies and compliance with company policies
- Responsible for staffing, training and education
- Participate in the development of operational component forecasts
- Proficient in and ensures regular use of the Computerized Management Maintenance System (CMMS)
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of progressive management in custodial services
- Management experience in a diverse environment
- Custodial experience in a related industry is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to coordinate and lead capital projects, maintenance plans, and funding requests from conception to completion is required
- Requires strong financial analysis, interpretation, budgeting and computer skills
- Profit and Loss accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is highly desirable
- Must demonstrate strong leadership, customer service, communication and team building skills
- Must be very organized and be able to work well under pressure, while handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
