About the role

  • Talent Recruiter Junior at ADEO helping with recruitment and internal mobility processes. Engaging in various HR projects and improving candidate experience during the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • As a Junior Talent Recruiter, you will join ADEO’s recruitment team to support our Talent Recruiters in their missions, serving current employees and the group’s future talent.
  • Your role: facilitate recruitment and internal mobility processes while contributing to a smooth and positive candidate and employee experience.
  • You will work across a broad scope:
  • Recruitment & internal mobility: support external and internal recruitments, coordinate process stages, organize interviews, and participate in debrief discussions.
  • Supporting Talent Recruiters: formalize briefing notes, write clear and attractive job postings, and screen/select candidates.
  • Cross-functional HR projects: contribute to collective initiatives (managerial training, employer‑brand events, assessments, continuous process improvements, etc.).
  • Sourcing & pre-qualification: during the internship you may run your own sourcing activities and conduct pre-screening interviews.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's-level program (equivalent to Bac+4/5) in HR, business school, or university, seeking a hands-on internship that will allow you to discover the Talent Recruiter role.
  • Ideally, you have some prior experience in HR (recruitment, training, development, etc.).
  • Curious with a genuine interest in people,
  • Highly rigorous and well organized,
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills,
  • Active listening skills and strong interpersonal ease,
  • Above all, proactive and autonomous!
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
