About the role

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for tech roles;
  • Source and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.);
  • Conduct initial interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience;
  • Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements;
  • Help maintain and update our ATS and recruitment reports.

Requirements

  • Around 1 year of experience in recruitment (experience in tech is a big plus);
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written);
  • Proactive, curious, and organized mindset;
  • Passion for connecting with people and understanding their motivations.
