About the role
- Junior Solution Architect ERP helping develop technical solutions within company sectors. Collaborating with architects and departments for sustainable IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and maintaining functional and technical solution architectures
- Analyze and document business processes, applications, data flows and system landscapes
- Support the integration of new processes into existing system landscapes
- Customize and configure the ERP system to optimally support business processes in close coordination with business departments
- Assist in the coordination and management of external consultants
- Contribute to the development of technical solution concepts for specific issues
- Document and maintain non-functional requirements (e.g., APIs, performance, maintainability)
- Support data migrations and the analysis of role and authorization concepts
- Participate in the assessment of systems regarding future viability and maintainability
- Provide support for technical questions, architecture decisions and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel
- Understanding of process management methods (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Strong ability to abstract and understand complex system landscapes
- High level of initiative, team spirit and flexibility, as well as good communication skills, particularly when working with diverse teams and business units
