About the role
- Junior Social Media Manager creating content and engaging community for Miss Germany Studios. Collaborating with teams to strengthen social media presence across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Community Management & Engagement – You are the voice of our brand! You respond to comments, start conversations, and develop strategies to strengthen engagement with our community.
- Content Creation & Storytelling – You independently develop creative content ideas and bring them to life (concepting, filming & editing), primarily for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Trend Scouting & Social Listening – You monitor which topics are shaping the social media landscape, identify viral trends and translate them into creative approaches for our channels.
- Copywriting & Publishing – You write short, punchy copy for posts and campaigns and plan publishing through our social media tools.
- Insights & Reporting – You analyze community engagement and performance, derive learnings and support the ongoing development of our social media strategy.
- Project & Campaign Work – You work closely with our Brand and Event teams to integrate content and community activations into our communication strategy.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Media, Media, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
- Initial hands-on experience in social media management or content creation.
- Passion for social media & digital trends – you’re at home on Instagram, TikTok & Co.
- Strong communication skills & empathy – you can interact authentically with our community and understand their needs.
- Creativity & a flair for storytelling – you know how to create content that delivers both reach and impact.
- Structured, independent working style with a high level of responsibility.
- Basic technical understanding of common tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn).
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
