About the role
- Junior Social Media Manager developing communication strategies and content for clients in real estate and finance industries. Involves trend analysis, content creation, and social media management.
Responsibilities
- You monitor current trends and developments in the industry and derive ideas and concepts for our clients’ communication strategies
- You create editorial content for our clients’ social media channels
- You develop editorial calendars, write content posts and support copywriting and research
- You manage and maintain our clients’ various social media channels
- Social listening, monitoring, analysis and evaluation of social media activities
Requirements
- You hold a degree, preferably in Digital Media, Business Administration, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field
- You bring initial relevant professional experience, ideally from an agency environment
- You are familiar with the features of common social media channels—especially LinkedIn—and stay up to date on current trends and formats
- You are interested in B2B communication and open to business and finance topics
- High commitment, resilience and flexibility as well as a quick grasp of new information characterize you
- You have fluent German skills and are very confident in spoken and written English
- You prefer short and efficient communication channels and actively pursue them both internally and externally
- You are an absolute team player who can also work independently and enjoy taking ownership of your own projects
