Responsibilities

  • Ensure the excellence of our expertise, enabling clients to stand out on social media.
  • Drive the performance and organic growth of client accounts through disruptive strategies.
  • Guide the team in daily content creation (briefs, technical upskilling, shoots).
  • Develop the agency's expertise playbook.
  • Train new teams in our strategic and on-the-ground know-how.
  • Maintain the agency's strategic expertise and apply a data-driven perspective to social media.

Requirements

  • You understand the standards and expectations of haute cuisine and hospitality.
  • Passionate about the psychology of algorithms and objective data, with hands-on experience in content creation.
  • You are a natural mentor capable of materializing our expertise to effectively transfer it to others.
  • Proven experience in content creation is required.
