Responsibilities

  • Write, schedule, and manage high-quality content for X and LinkedIn, tailored to each platform’s audience and strengths.
  • Translate technical updates, product launches, and AI trends into engaging, accessible, and shareable posts.
  • Maintain and manage a forward-looking content calendar aligned with product milestones, community activity, and key AI industry events.
  • Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies to expand the organization’s presence across current and emerging channels.
  • Drive increases in followers, reach, and engagement through experimentation, iteration, and trend awareness.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through content experimentation and real-time cultural awareness.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to inform content strategy, tone, and posting cadence.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to amplify launches and communicate product updates.
  • Surface meaningful community activity and insights to internal teams.
  • Align social content with broader product milestones and community initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing social media accounts, ideally in technology, startups, or high-context environments.
  • Demonstrated success growing engaged audiences on platforms such as X, LinkedIn, or Reddit.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a concise, clear, and approachable voice.
  • Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or emerging technologies, or a strong ability to quickly learn complex technical topics.
  • Ability to navigate fast-moving online culture, responding to trends and conversations in real time.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating with small, cross-functional teams.
  • Highly Desirable: Experience with community-driven growth strategies and engagement loops.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Experience running or managing paid or promoted social campaigns.
  • Strong interest in AI research culture, developer communities, or emerging technology ecosystems.
