Reliably document your activities in our systems and keep customer and order data up to date.
Requirements
Completed commercial or legal degree, or vocational training with relevant professional experience
Initial practical experience (e.g., through internships) in selling digital products and services, telephone customer consulting, or telesales
Interest in legal topics and applied AI
Communicative, empathetic personality with strong account and relationship management skills
Focused, independent working style and high willingness to learn
Excellent spoken and written German.
