Junior Relationship Manager providing digital support to Sparkassen customers while analyzing and enhancing card business. Collaborating with an eight-member team to drive product adoption and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Support Sparkassen customers primarily through digital channels, with some on-site visits
Conduct regular meetings with assigned customers to analyze strengths and weaknesses in their card business
Proactively propose improvements
Place new products and additional services
Create and maintain presentation materials
Train Sparkassen advisors on card products/services and other payment products
Serve as the central point of contact for customer inquiries
Represent qards at external conferences, trade fairs and workshops and support internal company events
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with additional qualification in business administration
Experience in comparable roles, ideally within the banking sector
Knowledge of the card business or payments area (preferably with Sparkassen)
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Confident and friendly demeanor
Willingness to travel and a valid car driver's license
Proficient in MS Office applications
Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (B2)
