Responsibilities
- As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d), you plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, small-scale events to large productions.
- Implementer/Producer: You take creative event concepts and lead their implementation, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
- Client advisor: You build and nurture relationships with clients in your projects, provide tailored advice, and lead project meetings.
- Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
- Commercial responsibility: You prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor budgets and handle project accounting — including reporting and documentation.
- Idea driver: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches and budgeting
- Confident command of German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business acumen
- Willingness and enjoyment of travel
