Benefits
Good reasons to work with us:
Flat hierarchies and respectful leadership: Appreciative management and transparent decision-making — we value what you can do, not your job title.
Truly flexible working: No core working hours, home office options and, in many roles, location-independent work — for more freedom in your job.
Learning & development that’s enjoyable: Learning Weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our Switch platform, or LinkedIn training including a paid photoshoot — we want to support your growth.
Culture that connects: Table football evenings, team challenges, our large annual Celebrate event and regular feel-good activities — for stronger community and team spirit.
International projects with a wow factor: Our talents work on exciting assignments — from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia — with constantly new and stimulating challenges.
Mental health & wellbeing in focus: Through OpenUp we provide access to conversations with psychologists, coaching and meditation sessions — because your mental health matters to us.
Sustainability with real impact: Our CSR team actively engages in clean-up initiatives, donation projects, our MCI book club and more — sustainable action is a commitment, not a trend.
Equality as standard: We offer fair salary bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunities and diversity are part of our everyday practice.
An office that feels like home: Modern technology, cozy seating areas, phone booths and a swing seat — we provide everything to help you reach your full potential.
And yes: your furry friend is welcome too!
More than just a salary: 30 days of vacation for full-time employees, paid special leave, company bike leasing (JobRad), subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — so you get the support you need.
Family-friendliness in practice: We prioritize family — whether parental leave, childcare subsidies or short-term leave — we support you so you can be there for your family without career compromises.
Networking and mentoring for young professionals: We offer mentoring programs and regular peer meetups — for a strong career start and valuable connections.
