About the role
- Manage projects independently, lead customer workshops, and coordinate with product management to enhance our CarLiner software. Ideal for candidates with project management experience and strong German language skills (C1+).
Responsibilities
- Independent responsibility for projects, including planning and organization
- Analysis of customer requirements and coordination with product management to further develop our software
- Leading workshops and training sessions for our customers
- Setting up CarLiner environments for new customers
- Customer support for new and existing users
- Product presentations to customers and prospects (presales consulting)
- Introduction and sales of new CarLiner modules (upselling)
Requirements
- Experience in project management, ideally within the automotive industry
- Commercial vocational training, degree in business/economics, or comparable qualification through professional experience
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, with a hands-on mentality
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Good understanding of technical systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills and a confident presence with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- German: business fluent (minimum C1)
