Requirements

- First experience managing a team in a medical environment, laboratory or healthcare facility
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and work cross-functionally
- Enjoy teamwork and collective leadership
- Respect for medical confidentiality and adherence to hygiene and safety standards
