Responsibilities
Support and assist in planning, coordinating and executing projects such as trade shows and event planning, newsletter management, webinars, podcast production, graphic projects, video production and similar.
You act as a point of contact for our clients, support project implementation and serve as one of the interfaces between clients and our specialist departments.
Together with our Senior Project Manager you monitor project progress, deadlines and costs and ensure the quality of deliverables.
When required, you support the coordination and management of freelancers and external service providers and help build long-term partnerships.
Requirements
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business, communications, marketing or a related field.
You have initial relevant work experience in a comparable role, ideally within an agency environment.
You have had exposure to or first-hand experience working with various graphic, video and podcast formats.
You are familiar with regular client contact and relationship management and handle these tasks with ease.
You are known for your structured working style and careful approach.
You keep an overview and a cool head even in challenging situations.
You are proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and open to learning other tools and programs.
You can communicate very well and confidently, verbally and in writing, with our predominantly German-speaking clients.
