About the role

  • Work on funding and open innovation projects, supporting the management and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from different sectors, ensuring the technical, administrative and financial quality of project deliverables;
  • Actively participate in meetings and technical visits with PIT clients and partners, supporting liaison between teams, suppliers and funding agencies;
  • Support project planning, monitoring and control, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, costs, scope and requirements;
  • Prepare monitoring and financial reporting, documenting schedule progress, action plans, indicators and adopted strategies;
  • Produce executive presentations and status reports, contributing to clear, structured and results-oriented communication;
  • Support the procurement and contracting process for suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal rules and the requirements of funding calls;
  • Perform financial monitoring of projects, including cash flow, budget execution and client invoicing;
  • Participate in risk monitoring and mitigation, proposing preventive and corrective actions as needed;
  • Ensure efficient project communication management, with up-to-date records;
  • Interact with the PIT Procurement, Finance, Legal and Communications departments;
  • Contribute to identifying funding and innovation opportunities, supporting proposal development and resource mobilization;
  • Attend status and portfolio review meetings;
  • Support the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Economics, International Relations or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or extension course in Project Management, Innovation, Public Policy or Fundraising will be considered a plus.
  • Previous experience in innovation funding projects, R&D or programs financed by public and private agencies (e.g., FINEP, EMBRAPII, FAPESP, CNPq, Sebrae, among others);
  • Experience monitoring indicators, preparing technical reports and budget control.
  • Familiarity with innovation ecosystems, technology environments and engagement with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Project Management based on PMBOK, agile or hybrid methodologies;
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, Monday, Jira, among others);
  • Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (TOTVS Protheus considered a plus);
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis and reporting tools is a plus;
  • Intermediate English, with good comprehension of technical texts and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
