About the role
- Manage technical affiliate operations, including technical setup of new and existing partners
- Manage large-scale content updates: scope, prioritize, and apply updates only where necessary
- Monitor daily performance of partner portfolio and ensure revenue goals are met
- Conduct regular performance analyses and support process improvements and A/B testing
- Ensure timely and precise partner-related technical changes (features, pricing, branding) across CMS platforms
- Troubleshoot ad-hoc operational issues and work with departments to address root causes
- Support Affiliate Managers with partner marketing activities via CMS management and opportunity development
- Coordinate multiple projects with competing deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in affiliate partner management or marketing operations (experience with affiliate networks/systems a plus)
- Fluent in English, both verbal & written
- Strong analytical skills; ability to process complex data and recommend actionable projects or processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills to deliver cross-functional projects/initiatives
- Critical eye and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team atmosphere
- Tech-savvy; experience with tracking setups, testing integrations, and QA'ing flows, and translating technical fixes into clear recommendations
