Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Engineering, or Business Administration;
Comfortable using data to interpret numbers and use them as the basis for strategy definition and implementation;
Knowledge of CRM concepts and practices (Customer Relationship Management);
Experience in data analysis, preparing performance reports, and tracking results;
Ability to identify problems and seek assistance to resolve them;
Understanding of implementing relationship engagement cadences;
Knowledge of managing multichannel campaigns: email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications;
Strong communication skills.
