About the role

  • Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and reduction of churn;
  • Conduct monthly follow-up meetings with customers to review metrics, align strategies, and collect feedback;
  • Monitor and improve customers' health scores, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Coordinate commercial deliveries and requests, ensuring alignment between customer needs and SoftExpert solutions;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted, long-term relationships;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of products and services;
  • Support the definition of commercial strategies, pricing actions, and negotiations;
  • Perform funnel follow-ups and sales target tracking, monitoring the pipeline and commercial KPIs;
  • Identify and prospect new customers and business opportunities, both inbound and outbound.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales;
  • Negotiation skills and experience in corporate client relationship management;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organized and analytically minded;
  • Experience with Bitrix CRM;
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in technology or software (SaaS) companies;
  • Familiarity with Customer Success and retention and expansion metrics;
  • Knowledge of the SE Suite software;
  • Interest in developing a career in commercial and strategic areas.
