Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of approximately (25) assets, including Tax credit, HUD, Bond, Home and Rural Development properties.
Conduct review and financial analysis; schedule and execute site visits.
Monitor budgets and occupancy levels, and assess operational performance.
Review and approve annual budgets and Reserve withdrawals.
Develop an “Action Plan” for concern properties.
Analyze financial statements and audits.
Requirements
Three to five years of experience in multi-family housing as a financial analyst, regional manager or as an asset manager.
Strong financial analytics skills.
General understanding of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HUD experience.
Knowledge of multi-family real estate operations.
Strong computer skills and thorough knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, MS Access and Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
