Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and performance indicators for the department (dashboards and BI), ensuring compliance with established standards and analyzing data to support decision-making;
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to the operations managed by Facilities, proposing and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and client satisfaction through action plans and by strengthening relationships with service providers via regular operational alignment meetings;
- Monitor the execution of construction works and expansion schedules, develop scopes of work for service contracts, and issue requests for quotes to the market;
- Collaborate with Legal, Accounts Payable, Accounting, and other departments when information about former employees and service providers is requested;
- Manage the annual budget for replacement of back-office furniture based on generated requisitions. Ensure asset creation and accounting entries;
- Define and align the furniture package for stores that will open, based on store formats and in coordination with Operations and Processes areas.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or completed degree in a related field;
- Knowledge of tools such as BI and Excel;
- Experience with procurement routines and facilities management.
