Perform administrative and payroll tasks for employees based in France, including managing personnel and payroll data, benefits and talent administration
Assure payroll and administrative support for around 1000 employees
Liaise with HR Managers, Reward Partners and line managers to investigate employee cases and answer employee queries
Process changes in employees’ employment lifecycle according to country payroll calendar and global guidelines (new hire, transfer, termination, time & attendance, benefits, payroll data input to Workday, SAP HR)
Participate in regional/global improvement projects and deliver customer solutions
Collaborate as part of Philips People Services based in Łódź with local country team members

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or vocational degree
Fluent in English and French
Previous experience in administration, customer service or similar (would be an advantage)
Knowledge of Workday, SNOW, Excel (would be an advantage)
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
