About the role

• Tech Lead leading modernization of federal tax collection systems at Minsait. Innovating through technology in a hybrid work environment based in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

• Modernize and enhance the federal tax collection service for banking clients.
• Enable payment of federal taxes and fees (Receita Federal) through multiple channels, including: digital channels, APIs, and supplier payment files.
• Requirements gathering.
• Technical refinement.
• Architecture design.
• Development.
• Testing and approval with the Receita Federal.
• Deploy to environments: Certification, Pre-production, Production.
• Post-deployment monitoring and support.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud.
• Java 17 or higher.
• Minimum of 10 years in Java development projects.
• Deep knowledge of design patterns, systems architecture, and software development best practices.
• Concurrent programming and multithreading for performance optimization and scalability.
• Advanced Java APIs, including Java Streams, Lambda expressions, and the Java Collections Framework.
• Secure coding principles, cryptography, and application authentication.
• Frameworks and tools: Spring / Spring Boot, Apache Maven, JUnit, Mockito (unit testing).
• Continuous integration and CI/CD with: Fastlane, Jenkins, Sonar, Bitrise, Git.
• Agile methodology.
• Kubernetes, AKS or AWS.
• Relational and NoSQL databases.
• Applied software engineering.
• Event-driven programming (Kafka, Event Hub).
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), APM and logging.
• Design patterns, anti-patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Hexagonal Architecture and Clean Architecture.
• Microservices and market-standard services: RESTful APIs, authentication and authorization, monitoring.
