About the role

• Managing incidents and ensuring operational procedures for third-party systems at Grupo Autoglass. Training staff and facilitating relationships with IT providers for quick resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to the area's focal point, guiding them on system use and best practices.
• Act as an intermediary between the team/focal point and the vendor, facilitating problem resolution and addressing system nuances.
• Manage demand prioritization, ensuring that critical issues are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in resolving complex situations or conflicts with the vendor, providing guidance on how to conduct discussions and negotiations.
• Document processes and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and replicability within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in technology, engineering, business administration, or related fields;
• Experience in demand management and problem resolution, preferably in a corporate environment with multiple systems.
• Ability to mediate conflicts and liaise with vendors.
• Knowledge of IT processes, systems management, or technical support is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize.
