Responsibilities
Cybercrime incident response – communicating analysis of cyber threats to relevant parties to mitigate attacks;
Classification of malicious websites, social media profiles, apps, emails, and phone numbers;
Providing clear and professional feedback to customers on incidents and classifications;
Sharing your ideas on how to improve processes and workflows.
Requirements
Attention to detail, adaptability, and strong intellectual and commercial curiosity;
A positive and solution-focused approach;
Interest in the internet and cybercrime prevention;
Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written English;
Ability to engage with people in a warm, helpful, and professional way;
Self-motivation, ability to take initiative, and work as part of a team;
Aptitude for analysing and using technical information;
Competence in handling incoming phone calls;
Some experience in cybersecurity is useful but not essential as full training will be provided;
A degree in a relevant area, such as Computer Science or IT may be useful but isn't essential.
Prior experience or knowledge in cybersecurity is not required; we’re more interested in your passion and willingness to grow in this field.
