About the role
- IT Support Specialist providing end user support to 250+ employees in a hybrid role at GHJ. Responsible for troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring employee IT needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide end user support to our 250+ employees remotely and in person in our Los Angeles Office.
- Leverage critical thinking skills to provide solutions troubleshoot IT issues and take appropriate actions to resolve.
- Assist GHJ end users with Tier 1 support issues and escalate issues to Senior IT Staff as needed.
- Report directly to the IT Director and work closely with GHJ’s IT Team to address IT issues that arise and develop long-term solutions.
- Ensure employees have all they need from IT to function well in their roles.

- Experience supporting and resolving computer issues for both local and remote customers
- Experience working for an accounting or other professional services firm a plus, but not necessary
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
