About the role

Responsibilities
- Thoroughly reviewing and updating our alumni database (approx. 2,200–2,500 individuals)
- Reaching out to alumni who are currently job seeking
- Identifying active job seekers and building a new, up-to-date, well-structured database
- Working closely with the sales team to identify the perfect candidates for our partners
- Participating in the planning and execution of alumni events
- Supporting alumni community building – acting as the main point of contact for the entire alumni network
Requirements
- Preferably part-time availability (20-26 hours/week), but we are open to full-time as well
- Experience in sourcing or recruiting roles (experience in IT recruitment is a plus)
- Confident database management and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with a structured mindset
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Fluent Hungarian and advanced English language knowledge
