Responsibilities
Thoroughly reviewing and updating our alumni database (approx. 2,200–2,500 individuals)
Reaching out to alumni who are currently job seeking
Identifying active job seekers and building a new, up-to-date, well-structured database
Working closely with the sales team to identify the perfect candidates for our partners
Participating in the planning and execution of alumni events
Supporting alumni community building – acting as the main point of contact for the entire alumni network
Requirements
Preferably part-time availability (20-26 hours/week), but we are open to full-time as well
Experience in sourcing or recruiting roles (experience in IT recruitment is a plus)
Confident database management and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to work independently with a structured mindset
A proactive, can-do attitude
Fluent Hungarian and advanced English language knowledge
