  • Manage hardware and software for employees on a range of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
  • Lead the internal deployment of Beyond Identity’s own software on employee devices in a "dogfooding" capacity
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT escalations and vendor management
  • Articulate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Maintain a regular presence at the NYC office a few days each week (hybrid role)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a remote IT Manager for a global, distributed company
  • A track record of managing and supporting a remote workforce
  • Deep expertise in a variety of internal IT infrastructure tools and systems, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Crowdstrike
  • Experience with a range of operating systems, including Linux, Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android
  • Demonstrated ability to manage internal deployments of security software and to collect and synthesize structured feedback from internal users
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to solving complex problems, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • The capacity to thrive in an ambiguous or complex problem space with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
  • A proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
