About the role

  • Cost planning and control, financial analysis, and budget management for IT projects.
  • Experience implementing effective financial controls.
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial provisions for CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Analysis of Plan vs. Actual variances of financial results and creation of dashboards.
  • Management of supplier contracts, monitoring deadlines, terms, and service quality.
  • Financial management of the IT area, including budget preparation, cost analysis, and monitoring of investments.
  • Apply project management techniques within the Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Contribute to the improvement of IT governance processes and policies, aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Experience in administrative and financial management within governance processes;
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience working as an IT Governance Analyst or in similar roles;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills;
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).
