Responsibilities
Drive continuous enhancement of our operational risk frameworks through structured assessments and control evaluations that strengthen our risk posture and resilience
Design and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline operational risk reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in report generation and delivery
Work closely with various teams, such as IT and Risk, across the organization to gather requirements, share insights, and work on controls
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years professional experience in operational risk management, ideally within financial services or consulting environment, with hands-on experience in risk assessment, control evaluation and operational issue resolution.
Senior stakeholder management capability, with sound judgment to balance proactive initiative with consultative collaboration.
Proven track record delivering risk and control improvements through change management, including process redesign, audit remediation, and stakeholder alignment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Fluent English skills with near-native proficiency, both written and verbal
Demonstrated high level of integrity and professionalism
