About the role
- Develop, implement, and scale international performance marketing strategies focused on ROI and growth
- Take ownership of Shopify shops across several EU countries, manage content and drive performance improvements
- Analyze customer journeys and create reports and dashboards in GA4 and Power BI
- Identify funnel optimization opportunities and translate data insights into actionable results
- Collaborate with design, product teams, and external partners to create creatives, campaigns, and landing pages
- Monitor and continuously optimize conversion rates across Shopify stores
- Conduct competitive analysis and keep up with international e-commerce trends
Requirements
- Several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a strong focus on e-commerce
- Proven track record in international campaign management and scaling digital channels
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify (themes, apps; Liquid is a plus)
- Solid skills in GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Power BI
- Strong analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in CRO, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis is a plus
- Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage)
