Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Economic Mathematics or Statistics, Market Research, Online Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a similar qualification
  • 3–5 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Digital Analytics, UX/UI Design, Performance Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity
  • Knowledge of A/B testing
  • Structured, data‑driven working style
  • Analytical and numbers‑oriented with strong communication skills
  • Experience with shop systems – Shopify is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English
