Requirements
Completed degree in Business Administration, Economic Mathematics or Statistics, Market Research, Online Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a similar qualification
3–5 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Digital Analytics, UX/UI Design, Performance Marketing, or a related discipline
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity
Knowledge of A/B testing
Structured, data‑driven working style
Analytical and numbers‑oriented with strong communication skills
Experience with shop systems – Shopify is an advantage
Fluent in German and English
