Responsibilities
Own the development of our international partner network — strategically and independently, working together with a dedicated team
Develop and implement a global partner and channel strategy for both new and existing markets
Identify and acquire new strategic partners (e.g., distributors, technology partners, system integrators)
Build a structured partner program including onboarding, enablement/support, certifications, and incentive models
Drive revenue growth and achieve targets through partner channels
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to design joint go-to-market strategies
Manage partner communications and continuously expand our partner ecosystem
Requirements
Several years of experience in international partner management, business development, or channel management — ideally in a SaaS or technical environment
Sales experience, preferably in solution-based selling
Proven track record in building and scaling international partner networks
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and modern partner ecosystems
Strategic thinker with negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Self-motivated, culturally sensitive, and willing to travel
