About the role

  • Account Manager overseeing enterprise hotel partnerships across APAC. Supporting business growth and enhancing relationships with hotel partners in a dynamic travel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and grow a portfolio of enterprise hotel accounts
  • Develop and manage dynamic account plans
  • Use data insights to identify performance opportunities
  • Support commercial discussions and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Represent Expedia Group at partner meetings and industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in negotiation and/or account management
  • Experience with a portfolio of strategic or enterprise accounts
  • Strong relationship building with senior stakeholders (including Director and C-suite)
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with portfolio management, cross-selling, and managing operational complexity
  • University degree in relevant field (e.g., Business, Hospitality, Economics, or related), or equivalent experience
