About the role

  • Collaborate on managing digital licensing processes, including client onboarding, account setup, and ensuring compliance with DSP reporting and payment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, spreadsheets, and databases; process claims, resolve disputes, and prepare client invoices.
  • Support repertoire management by onboarding rightsholders, validating registrations, and ensuring metadata integrity.
  • Assist with distribution tasks, including preparing files for publishers and societies, resolving queries, and maintaining distribution data.
  • Conduct research on work ownership, global rates, and potential clients; contribute to database testing and improvements.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of music-related services.

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of copyright and work registrations
  • Proficiency in a regional Asian language desirable but not essential
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive client relations.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Manage priorities and work to strict timelines
