- Maintain accurate operational records, spreadsheets, and databases; process claims, resolve disputes, and prepare client invoices.
- Support repertoire management by onboarding rightsholders, validating registrations, and ensuring metadata integrity.
- Assist with distribution tasks, including preparing files for publishers and societies, resolving queries, and maintaining distribution data.
- Conduct research on work ownership, global rates, and potential clients; contribute to database testing and improvements.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of music-related services.
