About the role

  • Identify key accounts (primarily large accounts) to help shape the strategic plan in the international markets.
  • You will work towards surpassing a new sales quota.
  • Proactively identify client needs and align them with ODILO’s solutions to maximize value and engagement.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts in the international market, maintain the existing accounts, upselling, cross selling and referrals.
  • Analyze regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities.
  • Lead contract renewal processes, ensuring timely follow-up and execution.
  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent communication and consultative support.
  • Contribute to client retention and expansion strategies by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM regarding client interactions, renewal status, and opportunities.
  • Running local events and presenting to industry leaders.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in selling/hunter roles and managing accounts.
  • At least 3 years of experience selling software (SaaS) or technology or complex products with a strong technology component (SaaS, Integrators of Technology, LMS systems, ERP, HCMs, CRMs, Customized Technology development, etc)
  • At least 3 years of experience selling deals in the corporate business and comfortable working on a regular basis with C_level individuals for big organizations, with strong focus to the HR Directors.
  • Good network within the enterprise community, or you have the desire to quickly build one.
  • Excellent consultative selling, communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in achieving and surpassing new sales quotas.
  • Diligent in keeping sales pipeline information accurate and up to date in company CRM.
  • Brings a hunter mentality to the team.
  • Well-organized and prepared.
  • Able to work towards clear deadlines.
  • C2 level of English.
