Responsibilities
Support the department's administrative routines, such as:
Manage payments and contracts;
Liaise with suppliers/vendors;
Monitor internal processes;
Assist in producing content for internal channels (written content, announcements, presentations);
Contribute to the organization and execution of internal events;
Update internal communication channels (intranet, notice boards, newsletters, etc.);
Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards;
Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth internal communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
Excellent writing skills and command of standard written Portuguese;
Basic knowledge of administrative processes (payments, contracts, vendor management);
Familiarity with digital tools such as SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Microsoft Teams;
Organized and detail-oriented;
Responsible and committed to meeting deadlines;
Strong interpersonal communication skills;
Proactive and willing to learn;
Sensitivity to human and diversity-related topics;
Desired: Previous experience in administrative tasks or communications roles.
