Responsibilities

  • Shape, execute, and optimize social media strategy across enterprise social media channels.
  • Spearhead content creation and visual storytelling across social platforms.
  • Collaborate with corporate and product content teams to guide programmatic activities.
  • Develop and oversee multi-channel social media strategies supporting corporate and product marketing priorities.
  • Create best practices for each platform and coach internal stakeholders on thoughtful social use.
  • Monitor emerging trends, audience behavior, and cultural trends to identify new content opportunities.
  • Manage the social listening platform to monitor conversations, brand mentions, and emerging topics.
  • Grow and nurture online communities by strategically following relevant individuals and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven success developing and managing social strategies for B2B or corporate brands.
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns, ideally with strong LinkedIn expertise.
  • Experience with social analytics, employee advocacy tools, and social listening platforms.
  • Mastery of social management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
  • Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Meltwater, Brandwatch, TalkWalker) and advocacy tools (e.g., EveryoneSocial, Sprout Advocacy, Hootsuite Amplify).
  • Familiarity with reporting dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, InDesign, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and insights into recommendations.
  • Highly organized, nimble, and possessing strong project management skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and a self-starter.
  • Creative thinker with an understanding of digital storytelling and platform nuance.
