Responsibilities
Serve as the guardian of the Zamp brand, ensuring correct use of the visual identity and aligning communications with our values and positioning.
Act as a strategic partner to internal teams, developing internal marketing (endomarketing) plans and campaigns that strengthen the culture and pride of being a Zamper.
Create and implement creative engagement, recognition, and belonging initiatives that connect Zampers to company objectives.
Support the development of materials and communications that reinforce the employee experience and journey.
Produce and review content for different audiences and channels, ensuring clear, attractive, and consistent messaging.
Work collaboratively with the team and external vendors to ensure quality and consistency of internal communication and endomarketing deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
Previous experience in internal communications, endomarketing, or corporate branding.
Excellent writing skills and a strategic eye for communications and brand positioning.
Knowledge of visual identity and brand application.
Familiarity with digital tools and image editing/design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint).
Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and with an integrated business perspective.
Interest or experience with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) topics is a plus.
