About the role

  • Oversee the daily management of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades, ensuring system stability and scalability.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the deployment of new applications and modules.
  • Manage user roles and ensure appropriate access controls are in place to ensure security compliance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders from delivery and operations teams to understand operational requirements and process automation opportunities; recommend solutions aligned with best practices based on platform capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise software systems.
  • Automate business processes using ServiceNow's workflow and orchestration features.
  • Utilize scripting in ServiceNow to create automated solutions that replace manual processes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance indicators.
  • Manage data import and export operations and ensure data integrity across the platform.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for ServiceNow-related issues and inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Provide training and support to end users on the effective use of ServiceNow features and functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features and updates, and train the team on new functionalities that may benefit the organization.
  • Participate in IT strategy planning and provide input on how ServiceNow can align with business objectives.
  • Recommend process improvements and enhancements based on usage trends and user feedback.
  • Participate in a regular rotation of incident management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field;
  • Must complete a university-accredited internship in Winter 2026;
  • Demonstrate curiosity, autonomy, and continuous learning;
  • Proven skills as a ServiceNow Administrator;
  • Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow deployment, implementation, and integration (an asset);
  • ServiceNow certifications/training (an asset);
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps (an asset).
