Responsibilities
Understanding technical/functional requirements from Team Lead or Customer.
Work in coordination with the team and lead specific tasks on own.
Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs.
Work with business customers and application developers to translate business processes into application requirements.
Work with the client to analyze their requirements: prepare and participate in workshops, requirement documentation.
Ability to build and establish solid working relationships by providing timely, accurate and high-quality information to peers, subordinates, upper management and/or customers.
Should be able to analysis, design, development and end delivery efforts for small to large custom application projects working closely with the functional business leads, outsourced development teams, project managers and other stakeholders.
Implementing the solution as proposed by Senior Developers/according to Requirement Document.
Requirements
Expert in ITSM, SecOps, Integrations, REST\SOAP, Now Assists, App engine, SPM, CSM, HRSD.
Good understanding of various modules in ServiceNow and motivated to learn new modules as per the client needs.
CSA and ITSM certification is must and good to have more certifications.
Experience in Production/Applications Support Environment.
Knowledge of ITIL - Incident/Service/Problem/Change management.
Should be able to perform L2-L3 level support, application monitoring, Development tasks/Change Requests.
Should be excellent in managing of application performance, application interfaces, application data, Analyzing Data.
Should be able to manage incidents/service requests, problems, changes/enhancements.
