About the role

  • Serve as the primary client contact
  • Ensure operational implementation across various channels: Display, DOOH, Audio, VOL
  • Identify client needs and proactively propose solutions
  • Coordinate and streamline communication between Adot teams: Studio, Trading, Insights
  • Ensure processes run smoothly and deadlines are met
  • Monitor campaign objectives during live delivery, in collaboration with trading teams
  • Produce end-of-campaign reports in collaboration with the Insights team

Requirements

  • Available from January for a 6-month internship
  • Comfortable with IT tools and have initial experience in project management
  • Detail-oriented and organized, enabling you to work calmly to deadlines and handle unexpected issues effectively
  • Curious, proactive, autonomous, and professional
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to adapt to diverse stakeholders
  • Able to synthesize complex information clearly, both in writing and verbally
  • Bachelor's-level education (minimum Bac+3) — suitable for students on a gap year
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
